Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and personal challenges.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy, adjusting interventions to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of clients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to support clients’ recovery.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and measure progress over time.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and educational professionals, to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure coordinated client care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and safety planning for at-risk individuals.
\n
• Advocate for the clients’ rights and connect them with community resources, providing essential case management support.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
