Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing standard clinical evaluation tools such as the DSM-5, to create individual care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural and personal needs.

  Monitor patient progress continuously, implementing effective interventions and therapeutic strategies that align with the patient's diagnosis and therapeutic goals.

  Accurately document treatment records and relevant clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address specific needs, desired outcomes, and strategies for care continuity.

  Facilitate referrals to additional services and resources while maintaining supportive relationships with community partners and healthcare providers to ensure patient access to comprehensive care.

  Provide mentoring and education to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their experience and deepening their understanding of clinical practices while contributing to their professional development.

  Under the supervision of a clinical lead, engage in peer-to-peer review processes and contribute to clinical supervision by providing chart audits and collaborative case reviews.

You will primarily work with adults and families facing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
