Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with Maryland's regulations and Key Well Counseling's policies to ensure the highest standards of care and accountability.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings, participate in supervision, and seek ongoing training for professional development.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with essential social services or wraparound care options to enhance their recovery journey.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards as set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
