Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, customizing strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on measurable therapeutic goals.

• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources such as financial assistance, housing services, and community programs.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, substance abuse issues, and severe trauma responses.

• Participate in outreach and educational initiatives designed to improve mental health awareness and reduce stigma throughout the Bel Air community.

• Maintain meticulous case records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans in adherence to HIPAA and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Maryland license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that permits independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
