Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, such as MBSR, to assist clients in reducing stress and enhancing their mental well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify stressors, mental health challenges, and personalized treatment goals for each client.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to increase self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building methodologies.

• Tailor individual therapy sessions to incorporate mindfulness practices specific to clients’ needs and mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver a holistic treatment approach that integrates mindfulness with other therapeutic modalities.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Top Core Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for stress management, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a supportive and calming therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desired but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
