Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and enhance patient health status, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual patient needs and adhere to evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Initiate individual and group therapy sessions, demonstrating exceptional analytical and therapeutic skills to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on patients experiencing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illness, grief, and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization values the commitment of our staff and offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
