Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that will directly impact the well-being of our patients:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. You will support individuals grappling with complex emotional issues, such as grief, loss, and existential dread, by offering compassionate, individualized care that addresses their needs holistically.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
