Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges to develop individualized and effective treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and group therapy, fostering positive outcomes and encouraging client engagement.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing digital record-keeping systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including physicians, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists to ensure comprehensive care and optimize treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
