Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and psychological well-being to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on student feedback and progress, ensuring that methods remain effective and relevant.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with students to help them build coping strategies tailored to their specific circumstances, contributing to both their academic and personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Connecticut.
