Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you’ll be faced with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the mental health support of students:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify students' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and effective treatment tracking.

• Collaborate with school staff and other mental health professionals in regular case consultations to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case reviews, peer feedback, and supervision to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents as well as their family members—supporting them in navigating various mental health challenges. You’ll work with a diverse student population, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social-emotional issues, directly contributing to positive outcomes in their academic and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Colorado.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

• Proven knowledge of solution-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuous learning in the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
