Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular virtual assessments and screenings to determine the mental health needs of students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or emotional disorders.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client.

• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the focus aligns with the specific presenting problems.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care, enhancing communication between all parties involved in the child's welfare.

• Monitor client progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions as required by the clinic’s standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students in the Wichita, Kansas area, many of whom may come from under-resourced backgrounds. Your role will involve addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or relevant field is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
