Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ and families’ medical, social, and emotional situations through effective interviewing techniques and collaborative consultation with the healthcare team.

• Develop and revise comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing psychosocial assessments, considering clients’ strengths, challenges, and cultural values.

• Create personalized treatment strategies that clearly define clients’ strengths, areas for improvement, and critical psychosocial needs.

• Lead educational and therapeutic group sessions, effectively documenting participants’ goals and responses to therapeutic activities to track progress and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and case load complexity.
