Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring adherence to evolving federal, state, and county mental health policies and requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and audit-compliant records for each intern, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

• Engage directly in the performance evaluation and development process for interns, providing feedback and documentation as necessary to promote professional growth.

• Monitor and review intern caseloads to support therapeutic outcomes, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective service delivery.

• Collaborate with Centralized Intake and other clinical supervisors to oversee intern caseloads and resolve any arising issues regarding assignments.
\n
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities by auditing client records and documentation to guarantee compliance with agency policies.
\n
• Attend agency meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices and organizational updates.
\n
• Complete necessary programmatic and other reports as requested by the program director, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
\n
• Manage telehealth sessions, providing clinical consultations for clients facing crises or non-crisis situations through both in-person and phone interactions.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
\n
• Engage in the implementation and monitoring of all clinical program objectives, ensuring alignment with established service delivery standards.

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients using established, evidence-based techniques.
\n
• Oversee the intern recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding, to attract qualified candidates that align with our agency's goals.

• Coordinate recruitment events for attracting interns and trainees, promoting our organization in academic and professional settings.

• Ensure that interns and trainees fulfill all required documentation for their educational institutions and compliance reviews.
