Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards, particularly those set by the state licensing boards.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly within a designated timeframe, not exceeding 72 hours post-session, while adhering to professional standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with support staff to manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring a full schedule that maximizes availability to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with students from various backgrounds facing behavioral or emotional challenges that impact their learning. This role encompasses addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties, developing personalized treatment plans that integrate with their educational experience. Qualifications\n

• A Masters's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of professional experience working in a behavioral health setting.

• Demonstrated skills in conflict management, allowing for effective resolution of issues as they arise.
