Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather critical information about students' emotional and behavioral health, and utilize this data to develop tailored, solution-focused treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include individual, group, or family counseling, adapting approaches to meet each student's specific needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care, enhancing educational outcomes through mental health support.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in peer supervision to refine therapeutic techniques and share best practices for improving client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
