Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques in individual and group settings.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary professionals, including school psychologists and other mental health experts, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to student health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to students facing urgent mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and facilitating necessary referrals.

• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation concerning assessments, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
