This position is designed to be remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your time effectively while delivering care to an outpatient mental health population. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the preferences and goals of your clients.

• Documenting clinical records with precision and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating in a team setting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Participating in case consultation meetings to continually enhance the quality of patient care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health concerns, available treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to inform clinical practices and interventions.

• Managing a caseload of clients, making certain that treatment goals are achieved promptly and effectively while adhering to the guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
