Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Positive Reset, you will undertake a variety of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Implementing an array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique situation.

• Maintaining precise and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards to protect patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated care that addresses every aspect of patient well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our LCSWs and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
