Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients entering our detox center, gathering detailed medical histories and evaluating psychosocial needs to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide personalized support that addresses both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records reflect the most current treatment plans and client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists to deliver integrated and efficient care, ensuring that clients receive holistic treatment tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering professional development and continuously improving treatment approaches through shared insights and learning.

• Provide education and psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them to understand addiction and mental health, while offering resources for ongoing support.

• Stay current with advancements in therapy and mental health practices through ongoing education and training, integrating new knowledge into your clinical approach to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population of clients primarily dealing with substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health conditions. The clients range from individuals seeking addiction recovery for the first time to those who have been in and out of treatment programs. Your empathetic demeanor and commitment to relationship-building will help instill hope and motivation in these individuals as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
