Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you'll have a range of responsibilities centered around providing top-tier psychotherapy services:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health and substance use disorders, developing personalized treatment plans that utilize best practice methodologies.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions specifically designed to address individual client needs, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and our organization’s protocols.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient progress, share insights, and adjust care strategies as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience directly providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
