This full-time role offers a flexible work schedule, enabling you to create your own hours while providing critical mental health services to adult clients. As we continue to grow and expand our services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual therapy to at least 25 clients monthly, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record system.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client engagement and progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with peers to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health care to continue improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on adult clients aged 18 and older, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from minority and underrepresented backgrounds. Experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health issues is valued, as it empowers you to create an inclusive environment where all clients feel understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW-C license in the State of Maryland is required.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Professional malpractice insurance is a prerequisite to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
