Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and challenges as a part of their intake process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address client needs.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and coping strategies to enhance understanding and compliance.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating client goals and preferences in the planning process.

• Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the complex mental health system by assisting them with navigation and resource acquisition.

• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions, and participate actively in discharge planning meetings to ensure continuity of care.

You will primarily serve individuals seeking support for mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for consideration.
