Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique goals and interventions needed for each client.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as required to ensure client safety.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a space for shared experiences and community support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
