Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children’s developmental needs, focusing on early intervention strategies.

• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, ensuring families play a central role in their child’s progress.

• Monitor and analyze outcomes as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure effective interventions.

• Provide family support through coaching and skill-building sessions, assisting them in enhancing their child’s developmental abilities.

• Develop a collaborative rapport with families, children, and team members to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of employees and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our services is to assist young children (specifically those under the age of three) experiencing disabilities or delays in their development. Our LCSWs play an integral role in addressing a diverse range of needs, from cognitive and social/emotional skills to physical and communication abilities. By working closely with families, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive within the natural learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with a current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
