Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through telehealth sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base.

• Implement evidence-based practices, conducting brief screenings and facilitating more detailed assessments when necessary.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Carry a manageable caseload, offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and ensuring timely follow-ups and progress evaluations.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, applying intervention strategies to stabilize their condition and support their immediate needs.

• Monitor and evaluate client admissions, stays, and discharges to ensure compliance with treatment protocols.

• Complete documentation and reporting responsibilities with precision and timeliness, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Participate in on-call shifts to provide after-hours support when needed, ensuring continuous care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
