Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage with clients both in clinical and community settings, providing therapy and support for those experiencing major mental health issues.

• Participate as a vital team member focused on collaborative goals, contributing to case management and program initiatives.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families to improve therapeutic engagement and treatment outcomes.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and provide short-term therapy and crisis interventions as needed.

• Facilitate and monitor the progress of individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Ensure adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct at all times.

• Contribute to safety protocols by identifying potential risks and reporting unsafe situations promptly.

• Document and maintain accurate records regarding therapy sessions, assessments, and client progress according to organizational standards.

• As needed, participate in on-call duties during assigned hours to provide support in crisis situations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a community health environment.

• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and assessment tools applicable to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
