Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, identifying issues, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate coordination of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to assure holistic and integrated support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate and effective responses during critical moments.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records to track patient progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducation and support groups, creating a space for clients to share experiences and develop coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
