This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you the autonomy to design your schedule with no requirement for on-call duties. Our telehealth services ensure that you can provide consistent, high-quality care from anywhere, while also offering opportunities for virtual or in-person staff meetings and group consultations. With a range of cases, therapists are encouraged to maintain a caseload of billable hours between 10 to 30 per week, thereby giving you control over your work-life balance and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and subsequent short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual, family, group modalities, and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

• Utilize case management techniques, develop treatment plans, and implement psychotherapeutic interventions, all under the guidance of a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and couples/family counseling to clients dealing with mental health and dual disorders.

• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities and maintain documentation of therapy services, including writing reports and client correspondence.
\n
• Maintain a robust level of clinical expertise through ongoing training in best practices and adherence to state and federal guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case consultations, assessments, treatment planning, and quality assurance evaluations.

• Assess and ensure appropriate levels of care for clients' unique needs while actively participating in clinical meetings and departmental planning initiatives.

As a therapist, you will work primarily with diverse clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n
