Our team meets regularly for virtual consultations, offering a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes continuous learning and peer support. You will have the freedom to manage a caseload ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, implementing evidence-based interventions across various settings.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy sessions through telehealth, employing skilled therapeutic techniques in response to clients’ needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive psychotherapy for clients facing mental health challenges and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Assess therapeutic progress and adapt treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and client feedback.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate psychiatric admissions as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, prepare detailed reports, and engage with external parties, such as schools and social agencies, to gather relevant client information.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to manage client interactions and documentation efficiently.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, contributing to quality management activities and sharing insights on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
