This remote role allows therapists to work from the comfort of their home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth methods.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care, while adapting therapeutic modalities to suit client needs, such as crisis intervention, skills training, and stress management.

• Collaborate continuously with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring integrated care, as well as coordinating psychiatric admissions when required.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of therapy sessions, managing electronic health records with confidentiality and compliance to legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to review case studies, engage in quality assurance activities, and advance collective knowledge for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Stay current with mental health best practices and regulatory guidelines to provide safe, effective services to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or possess a Psy.D.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in providing psychotherapy services, with documented success in client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
