Clinicians can set their caseloads, which typically consists of 10-30 billable hours per week, providing the autonomy to manage work according to personal and professional commitments. All client interactions occur through telehealth, with optional opportunities for remote or in-person collaborative consultations with peers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy to clients utilizing a variety of treatment methods, including case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with mental health challenges or dual diagnoses within an outpatient setting.

• Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive counseling, employing approaches tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in consultations to support assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments using the latest DSM guidelines and determine appropriate levels of care based on clinical needs.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of therapy sessions, preparing reports and communicating with external agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Current LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
