This remote position is thoughtfully structured to allow clinicians to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our administrative team manages all non-clinical tasks, enabling therapists to concentrate fully on delivering outstanding client care. The flexibility of this position allows for a personalized work schedule, with expected billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week. All client interactions are facilitated through a secure telehealth platform, enhancing convenience for both therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Atlantic Health Group, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients using DSM guidelines.

• Implementing short-term psychotherapy sessions for diverse client needs, leveraging various intervention strategies tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaboratively formulating treatment plans and goals based on assessments of client needs in crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy.
\n
• Working alongside a licensed psychologist or physician to ensure compliance with clinical supervision requirements.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient therapy sessions and interactions, while liaising with social services and other support networks, with client permission.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and challenges, fostering an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Providing consultation to other team members on complex cases, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications\n

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the LMFT position:

• Must hold a valid LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in New Jersey.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in similar settings.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
