Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, forming tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual, group, and family therapy, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support, demonstrating empathy and skilled judgment to ensure client safety.

• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and work actively to reduce associated stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges. This might involve addressing issues related to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. You will gain significant experience in cultural competence as you tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as either an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
