Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to individual and family needs for the treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments as part of each patient's intake process, followed by the development of comprehensive discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with the formulated treatment plan.

• Prepare initial treatment plans based on client assessments and coordinate additional services as necessary, actively modifying these plans based on client progress.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, adhering to both facility and professional standards to ensure compliance and quality control.

• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments based on each client’s evolving needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to exchange insights and collaborate on the most effective care strategies for clients.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward all clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

• Proactively address and resolve client concerns, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction as top priorities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
