Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays or disabilities to identify their individual needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to tailor interventions and strategies.

• Monitor and document outcomes as a valued member of interdisciplinary teams, ensuring all steps are compliant with Federal and State regulations.

• Build rapport with children and their families to create a supportive environment that enhances developmental learning.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint plans with families, incorporating strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Provide families with crucial information, resources, and skills that support their child’s development both at home and in the community.
\n
• Emphasize the coaching model and natural environment teaching to promote learning in everyday situations.
\n
• Adhere to safety and health standards to protect clients and staff within the virtual and physical environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children experiencing delays or disabilities, particularly those under three years old. Our Children's Services specialize in addressing the developmental needs of infants and toddlers, delivering customized support that plays a pivotal role in their early formative years. You will also engage with families to empower them as advocates for their child's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
