Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries during therapeutic relationships.

• Engage in regular sessions with clients to review their progress, evaluate stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Document and maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.

• Conduct client intake assessments to determine eligibility and create initial treatment plans.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision to reflect on clinical practice and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC license.

• Comfort with computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

• Proven experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments is essential.
