Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with each patient to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders based on comprehensive assessments and clinical interviews.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting strategies based on patient feedback and progress.

• Provide ongoing assessments of patient progress, updating treatment plans and techniques as necessary to ensure efficacy.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to develop therapeutic techniques, especially for issues related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
