Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique situations and mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at their recovery and empowerment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, which are tailored to promote the well-being of clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure ongoing quality of care.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists and counselors, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies to promote understanding and active involvement in the therapeutic process.
