Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy to adult clients via virtual sessions.

• Manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients, ensuring regular and timely sessions and maintaining therapeutic progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to address a range of mental health issues.

• Document client progress in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with our administrative team to facilitate efficient workflow and support for client care processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and communities. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community and who understand the unique challenges faced by men regarding mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW-C license for practice in the State of Maryland is mandatory.

• At least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred.

• Proficient in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
