Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and challenges, leading to individualized treatment planning.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans while coordinating integrated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions by conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to support clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with vital community resources to enhance their overall well-being.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and promoting available resources within the community.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Contribute to staff meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
