Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy for clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive and developmentally appropriate assessments, and create treatment plans that address identified needs, ensuring that services are tailored and accessible.

• Collaborate with a interdisciplinary team, working together to develop integrative care strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome evaluations in compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Involve clients and their families in the planning of care to promote empowerment and participation in treatment decisions.

• Responsive to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, support, and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
