Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather and evaluate students' mental health statuses, strengths, and identified needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, educational staff, and family members, to design and implement coordinated care strategies for students.

• Educate students and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication regimens to empower their participation in the recovery process.
