Work Environment\n

This role is distinctively remote, allowing social workers to tailor their environment for optimal productivity and comfort. With a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, there may be occasional evening or weekend hours based on the specific needs of the students we serve. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students dealing with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive network for students with mental health needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of individuals, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
