Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns in students, creating tailored treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Administer therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address various mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other essential personnel to create an integrated support system for students.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews to perpetually enhance the quality of care provided to students.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources that can significantly impact their lives.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying current on developments in the mental health field and incorporating new findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on a diverse population within the school setting, supporting children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
