Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health issues faced by clients, utilizing various assessment tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address their unique challenges.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, updating these goals as needed while continuously monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients' preferences and accessibility needs, leveraging technology to provide seamless communication and support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and any modifications in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and active social work license in the state of California.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with caseload.
