Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments by gathering pertinent information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and community resources to inform treatment approaches.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions to track the progress and effectiveness of therapeutic measures.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and community resources, ensuring holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to promote community engagement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on students and their families, understanding and addressing the unique mental health challenges they face in the educational environment. By working closely with school personnel, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complexities related to child and adolescent mental health, ensuring each client receives compassionate and informed care tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
