Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, focusing on a thorough understanding of each individual's abilities, interests, motivations, and any psychological challenges they may face.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and ADHD, employing evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to each patient.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to establish achievable treatment goals, utilizing various psychotherapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical encounters, ensuring that all pertinent information is captured in the medical record to support continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in team discussions, case studies, and staff training sessions.

• Be proactive in addressing the needs of your patient population by developing and implementing community outreach and education initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with adult patients and may occasionally engage with their families. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive mental health services that address a broad spectrum of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Your interventions will not only target individual therapy but may also include group therapy sessions, providing shared experiences and support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited higher education institution, demonstrated through successful completion of an internship that meets professional standards.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range between USD 52,000 and 70,000 per year, offering financial stability along with opportunities for professional advancement.
