Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate effectively with physicians, teachers, and administrative staff to report patient progress, identify needs, address concerns, and resolve both potential and existing problems.

• Document and maintain accurate records including clinical notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and relevant laws.

• Develop treatment plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, integrating psychosocial assessments, educational strategies, and best-practice social work interventions.

• Offer counseling and crisis intervention services tailored specifically to students, which may involve assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up on emotional and behavioral issues.

This role primarily focuses on students within the school system, addressing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current and valid LICSW state license.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient or school setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
