Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with school personnel and families to assess students' psychological and emotional needs, developing tailored treatment plans that facilitate academic and personal success.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and departmental policies.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based interventions to address emotional and behavioral issues.

• Conduct regular communication with physicians, school counselors, and other stakeholders to report patient progress and coordinate comprehensive care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to address immediate emotional challenges faced by students, using supportive counseling techniques to stabilize situations and provide relief.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills, staying updated on the latest best practices in social work and psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students in K-12 educational settings who may be experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, behavioral challenges, and social skill development. You will work closely with children from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive and tailored approaches that honor their unique experiences and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient or school environment, providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
