Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, addressing a range of issues from trauma and mood disorders to anxiety and interpersonal challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform treatment strategies, ensuring that they are customized to fit each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation that complies with Maryland state regulations, demonstrating clear communication and adherence to organizational policies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including case managers and psychiatrists—as well as external community organizations to provide comprehensive care for clients.
